This project will bring 856 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space to a 5.6-acre industrial site. It’s been described as “pioneering” and is being developed by an all-Orlando-based, hometown development team.

In addition to the apartments and commercial space, the project also would include ground-floor uses such as a library and coworking space, a gym and amenity center, and the project's leasing office.

The apartment buildings will feature 171 studios, 43 large studios, and 342 one-bedroom, 214 two-bedroom and 86 three-bedroom units.
